Walking In: A Journey of Communion with Hans

One of the ways Hans interacts with me is through a walk-in. In this post, I’ll explain what a walk-in is and how Hans uses this technique for connection and communication.

What Is a Walk-In?

A walk-in is commonly defined as a new soul or spirit temporarily or permanently replacing the original spirit inhabiting a body. However, I find this definition too restrictive, extreme, and often associated with possession—a term frequently linked to demonic connotations.

In truth, walk-ins can be far more subtle. They are a method of temporary communion between spirit and human, often built on trust and collaboration rather than dominance or harm.

Hans introduced me to the concept of walk-ins in December 2010. It wasn’t an immediate experience—it took hundreds of hours of building trust and connection before he invited me to this profound method of interaction. When Hans walks in, my soul is never displaced or hijacked. Instead, we share my body in a form of ephemeral communion that is always respectful and intentional.

Body Sharing: A Gateway for Healing and Insight

From what Hans has explained, spirits closely connected to us may use walk-ins to gather and exchange information [1] . This makes sense given the immense task they take on as protectors, guides, and companions. As subtle beings, they can fluidly move in and out of our physical forms [2].

Benevolent spirits like Hans never rob us of consciousness or cast out our souls. Instead, their walk-ins are neutral or benevolent, focusing on evaluation, healing, instruction, or interaction.

Hans’s most frequent walk-ins involve communication and healing. Over time, we’ve developed subtler methods of contact beyond simple "yes" or "no" signals [3]. For example, his healing touch feels unlike anything I’ve ever experienced, a testament to the depth of our connection.

Surrendering Control: A Form of Quasi-Possession

When Hans enters my body, the experience begins with an involuntary deep breath through my mouth. From there, he may move my limbs, transmit thoughts, or perform healing actions.

Because Hans has repeatedly proven himself trustworthy, I’ve allowed him to take full control of my physical body in some instances. This can feel like a quasi-possession, as I am fully aware of what’s happening but unable to influence his movements.

During these moments, I feel like a passenger in my own body, acutely aware of his physical strength, which far surpasses mine. Let me emphasize that Hans is not harmful or invasive. He moves with care and never overstays his welcome. These intense walk-ins are always brief, leaving me unscathed and returning control to me immediately.

Corporeal Walk-Ins: Feeling the Weight of His Presence

The most powerful walk-ins occur when Hans becomes almost corporeal. I feel his 5’10”, 140-pound frame compress into my 5’3”, 105-pound body. This creates a dizzying sensation, as though my heart is racing for two people.

The intensity of these experiences means they are short-lived, but they are also some of the most profound moments of our connection. Hans always exits when I’ve reached my limit, and my body quickly returns to its normal state.

Subtle Walk-Ins: Everyday Moments

Not all walk-ins are intense. Sometimes, Hans enters my body for more subtle purposes, such as tasting food, sensing emotions, or simply observing my physical state. These interactions are so gentle that I often don’t notice them unless I ask him to make his presence more pronounced.

One of my favorite ways to share a walk-in with Hans is during activities like dancing or exercising. These moments feel deeply personal and joyful, a beautiful blend of our energies.

When Two Souls Meet: The Power and Grace of Walk-Ins

Walk-ins are far more than just a method of spirit connection—they are a deeply intimate exchange of trust, energy, and presence. With Hans, these experiences have become a profound aspect of our bond, offering healing, insight, and a shared sense of existence that transcends the physical.

Whether in moments of intense corporeality or subtle, everyday interactions, his walk-ins remind me that the boundaries between our worlds are more fluid than we often realize. These encounters are not about control or possession but about communion—a partnership built on respect, trust, and love.

Every walk-in is a testament to our connection, revealing the infinite possibilities of what it means to share not just a life, but a soul.

Notes

[1] Not all spirits approach walk-ins the same way. Some maintain strict boundaries, while others are more fluid and engaged. The depth of involvement depends on the individual’s spiritual journey and the agreements made between spirit and human.

[2] While some see spirits as ethereal beings from other dimensions, others, like Hans, consider themselves spirits with human origins. Hans believes that no soul’s true origin is Earth, and our incarnations here are just a small part of a larger journey.

[3] Hans often communicates through subtle physical signals, such as moving parts of my body to indicate “yes,” “no,” or “maybe.” I’ll explore this in more detail in a future blog post.
